Abstract

Derived from the Educational Continuity Model and the CONOCER 1378 Competence Standard published in the DOF on 07/13/21 (CONACYT Project 312094), it was required to have a digital educational resource that would promote the certification of the authorities of Mexican educational establishments, to guarantee the continuity of educational services in the event of an emergency, particularly the challenge of COVID-19. The main aim of the research was the elaboration of that digital resource. Three phases were proposed: 1) Diagnosis of needs (case study); 2) Design and elaboration of the educational resource for the certification process in the 1378 standard; 3) Proof of concept of the digital resource. The results obtained show that the designed resource is a crucial element in the EC-1378 certification, since it provides participants with the necessary information to successfully complete the exam during the accreditation process, in addition to promoting and fostering the creation of continuity plans.
